Conrad is a lifelong resident of Berks County  who has served as a Councilman for the Borough of his hometown of Shillington, PA for over 26 years and as President or Vice President of Council for 16 of those years. He resides with his wife, Barbara in their ranch home on Pennsylvania Avenue.i In addition He is President and the Broker of Century21 Park Road, Realtors, President of the Century 21 Brokers Council of Eastern Pennsylvania, Director of the Trend Multiple Listing Services (servicing SE PA, NJ and Delaware)and Chairman of the Realtors PAC for the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors.

Both Conrad and Barbara earned their individual Real Estate Brokers licenses and Real Estate Appraisal licenses several decades ago and served their Berks County clients with their home values for many years.

They are part of a closely knit blended real estate family which includes their three children; Chrissy Longenecker, her husband Tim, son Joey and daughter Sidney; John Chinnici, his wife Rosie, and their son Christopher; and Conrad (Kirk)  Vanino, III, who shares their passion for real estate as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Denver Colorado with the International Real Estate firm of Cushman Wakefield, where he lives with his wife, Sheri and their daughter Isabella Ann.

Barbara and Conrad enjoy lots of activities which includes the great outdoors (sailing, power boating, traveling to tropical destinations, dining out, golfing and skiing) and are avid Philadelphia Flyers Hockey fans.  

Both Conrad and Barbara are Past Commanders of the Schuylkill River Power Squadron and Conrad has served as Commodore of the Blue Marsh Sailing Association (BMSA), as Commodore of the Prindle Fleet 91 of Berks County, and as a Delegate/Alternate Delegate for the Blue Marsh Sailing Association with the Chesapeake Bay Yacht Club Association every year since 1994 on behalf of the BMSA.

Conrad is also a Past Director of the Flying Dutchmen Ski Club and was the Editor of their Ski Trails newsletter for several years. He is a life member of the Clover Park Athletic Association and the Mohnton Fish and Game Association as well as a member of the Shillington Business Association.

In addition, Conrad has also served the community over the years through the  Crime Watch of Berks County, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 71, American Association of Retired Persons, Travelers Protective Association, Sertoma Club, United Way, Meals on Wheels, Big Brothers, Chamber of Commerce, Chandler 227 Masonic Lodge, Rajah Shriners of the Valley of Reading, as well as the National, Pennsylvania and the Reading- Berks Association of Realtors.
